The Assistant is a simulation game for Facebook Messenger where the players run for the presidency of fictional countries. Every campaign action and its consequences are covered by @TalismanNEWSGJ.

Long:

The Assistant is a political simulation game in the form of a Facebook Messenger bot. The players get assigned random identities and run for the presidency of fictional countries. The bot serves as the campaign assistant that gets done the wills of every candidate. While the campaign is running, the player must make decisions that will influence how the population perceives him and take actions, such as organising meetings, respond to TV interviews or make diplomatic trips to foreign countries. The campaign won't be easy: the player should be aware of his budget, charisma and raising popularity (which could lead to scandals). The fictional newspaper Talisman NEWS is providing coverage for every presidencial candidate in the world and summarising how the campaigns are affecting the world's political views. Their tweets can be followed at @TalismanNEWSGJ.
